The Brief. what happens when a woodworking maker, Matthew Gramling, and ceramicist, Janelle Gramling, build a collaborative brand? Persistent Object. The goal: build a cohesive photographic framework and identity for the launch of the collaborative new brand’s catalog and show opening.
The Solution. keep it simple, really. inspired by the overlap of shape and form seen in both artist’s work, bring the architectural and repeated elements of shape into the photography via composition and styling. balance the energies.
